The Sport Psychology and Physical Activity Research Collaborative (SPPARC) Lab is a research-focused laboratory located at the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. Our work examines psychological factors that influence behaviour, performance, and participation in sport and physical activity. Through theory-driven and applied research, we aim to connect scientific inquiry with real-world practice.

Our Mission: The mission of the SPPARC Lab is to conduct high-quality, evidence-based research in sport and exercise psychology and to translate research findings into practical applications that support athletes, teams, and the broader community.

Visions & Values: The SPPARC Lab is committed to a collaborative research environment that integrates theory and applied practice to advance understanding of sport and physical activity. We value scientific rigor, knowledge translation, student development, and research that creates meaningful real-world impact.
